By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms of service:

• Commission Structure: As an affiliate partner, you will earn a commission of up to 5% for every booking generated through your unique affiliate link. The commission will be calculated based on the total booking amount.

• Payment: Commissions earned will be paid out after the completion of the service associated with the booking. This ensures that payments are made only for confirmed and successful transactions. In order to qualify for payment, the affiliate must accrue a minimum of 20,000 ISK in commission. Commissions that do not meet this threshold will be carried forward until the minimum requirement is reached.

• Payment Methods: We offer two payment options for affiliate commissions: PayPal or bank transfer. Please ensure that you provide accurate and up-to-date payment details during the registration process to facilitate smooth and timely payments.

• Cookie Lifetime: The tracking cookie for your affiliate link will remain active for 30 days. This means that if a customer clicks on your affiliate link and completes a booking within 30 days, you will be eligible for the commission associated with that booking.

• Promotional Activities: While promoting Lava Car Rental, affiliates are expected to uphold our brand values and integrity. You are encouraged to use ethical and transparent marketing methods. Any unethical practices, such as spamming or misleading advertising, will lead to immediate termination from the affiliate program.

• Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from using their own affiliate links for personal bookings, engaging in fraudulent activities, or attempting to manipulate the system to generate false referrals. Such actions will result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account and the forfeiture of any pending commissions.

• Termination: Both Lava Car Rental and the affiliate partner reserve the right to terminate this partnership at any time for any reason. If the affiliate violates any terms or engages in improper behavior, their account may be suspended or terminated without notice.

• Modification of Terms: Lava Car Rental reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time by posting the changes on its website.

By joining the Lava Car Rental Affiliate Marketing Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms of service. This agreement is binding upon acceptance and will remain in effect until either party decides to terminate the partnership.
